5182ba084ef56.imageDelegate Joe Johnson wrote a letter to Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli asking him for his opinion on The Falls commercial development in Bristol, according to TriCities.com.

Johnson wants Cuccinelli’s opinion to see if the project is constitutional and it if qualifies to receive state tax revenues.

The letter was sent July 19, but no response from the attorney general’s office has been made.

Cuccinelli’s office has neither confirmed or denied the letter stating it is protected by attorney-client privileges.
